I placed an order through an Instagram ad for a mini kodak digital camera. The charge listed additional charges which were not previously disclosed, so I emailed immediately and requested to cancel my order for a full refund. They sent a fake email from PayPal saying that the extra charges had been refunded but not the full amount, and they confirmed my order. So I thought it would still arrive. I waited a couple days, then reached out for when it would arrive. They told me they would let me know. I then checked my paypal and realized there were no recent transactions. I did not pay with paypal but my bank card. I started to worry it was a scam, and I asked to cancel my order and full refund again. They told me they could not issue a refund because they shipped the item immediately, which contradicted what they previously told me. I never received the item.
