Description

Andy "from QuickBooks called asking for someone in charge. The message he left with our CCR said it was regarding our annual renewal and said our credit card was expired and he needed updated credit card information." We do not renew annually, as we are monthly. And our credit card on file with QuickBooks was not expired and is perfectly good. All monthly payments are going through as they should. I have never had QuickBooks reach out by phone when there is a problem with my payment. They either send an email to my main email on my intuit account, which they did not do, or there is an alert within my QuickBooks. I have the recording of the incoming phone call that I will be saving. I will also be reporting this to the FCC, but want to alert other businesses who use QuickBooks to be aware of this scam going on.
