We ordered a Telescoping High Pressure Wand that was $69.97 they tacked no shipping or taxes on it but charged $7.95 to warranty Shipping protection. We didn't receive it on due date, so I called their customer service and asked them where it was, they explained that it was stuck in Transit and blamed it on the tariffs causing a backlog. They promised it would be arriving within a week. It did not arrive, so I emailed them a letter stating either send the package or refund my money. They refunded $7.95 only the rest was not paid back, and we had to get a new credit card because it was compromised. Do not trust this company!
