I ordered a dog bed from Funny Fuzzy on 9/20 and still no sign of the item (it's 10/23). I have inquired numerous times and they have no idea when I will receive it. No tracking/movement since 10/7. I have demanded a full refund and they continue to state I will only receive 20% compensation once the item is received but we have not ETA on when that will be.
