He claimed to be an agent and property Manager for Cabrini Terrace located at 900 west 190th street NY, NY. He claimed the property owner was ***** ****** ******** He collected my personal information and demanded payment for the rental without seeing it and before said lease begins. He threatened that the unit can be given to someone else if payment wasnt made via bank transfer. He drafted a lease and approval letters and many emails exchanged. Appearing convincing.
