This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
This case is similar to that reported in NC. My mom received a huge box and the sender of the box is Derric NSC LA Fulfillment. The carrier is UPS. No phone number on the shipping label. However the sender's address is 4651 E Francis Street, Ontario, CA 91761. This is an unknown box and sender. Once we searched around, this could be a scammer.
