This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Instructed me to open Amex account and charge $6000 with a promise to pay it and all associated fees and interest upon completion of the program, in which you call "leads" to get them to buy in (the whole thing is a pyramid scheme). The company ghosts you after you complete the program and offers no recourse for the payment they agreed to in the contract.
