I bought a personalized historic newspaper book for my friend's birthday. He didn't receive it and it turned out it came to my personal PO. They returned it to the shipper because of the address. Now I have nothing for his birthday and spent all the money I had to get him something. I'm on a fixed income and am broke. They have yet to answer my emails, asking them to ship it to him to arrive Monday, since it was their mistake. I don't know what was in the package, I have yet to see a refund and have NO information about the gift. There is NO phone number, no customer support, no way to write a review, or read some, I can't believe I'm the first one to have a problem with them. I've practically begged them to respond to my emails. I told them I was notifying the attorney general and the BBB. what can you do to stop them from scamming Americans?
