I ordered clothing / costumes from Cowboyhood.com on 10/3/25, paid for fast shipping, did not receive until 10/21/25 and the items were all screen prints of terrible quality, not at all what is advertised on their website. Return policy states refunds only 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, which limits returns/refunds based on needing to ship back to the location immediately and I'm guessing often for customers negating the refund if they do not ship to you in time. I believe I was scammed, and do not want others to fall in to the same trap. Package received from California, shipped back to that address for requested return. Website states following headquarters: Head Office: Room 06, 1st Floor, Building 2, Hyde Garden, No. 219, Zhongxing North Road, Daya Bay West District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province (Not a return address).
