i purchased their service on August 20th 2025 i paid the 3 fees involved that they asked for, its a mobile phone unlock service which has failed, they keep saying its going to be done that its at 99% but its been at that percentage for over 45 days. ive been going back and forth with them and they were offering me my refund for the service but i gave the benefit of the doubt over 5 times. once i requested the refund they shut down the chatting service due to "misuse" and refer me to email which ive sent multiple to no avail. they keep playing games and i don't have time for it i need help with getting my refund. once i left a poor review they answered instantly with the same messages as before. i no longer need their service which i have told them i went elsewhere and got it done.
