I am writing to formally dispute a charge made to my account on 30 September 2025 in the amount of $8,142.99 USD. The transaction was made to Tenacity Arms (or the merchant associated with that name) for Order #1101, which I placed through their online store. After completing the purchase, I reached out to the seller multiple times regarding the status of my order. On 7 October 2025, I contacted them via email asking for updates, and on 9 October 2025, I spoke with a representative named Chris, who expressed uncertainty about the order. To confirm my identity and address, I also provided supporting documents (including my passport and shipping information). The seller initially raised concerns about the delivery address, as I use Meest Shipping to forward items from the U.S. to Europe. However, I clarified this and verified the legitimacy of the forwarding company. Since that date, the seller has stopped responding entirely, and no goods have been shipped or delivered. Based on the lack of communication and fulfillment, I now believe this transaction to be fraudulent. I kindly request that the bank initiate a chargeback and reimburse the full amount of $8,142.99 USD to my account.
