This is the second time I have gotten this exact email from the email address of another student at Northern Illinois University, this time from a different account (from another student university email address). I suspect they are looking for personal information and possibly hijacking the victim's email address. It specifically asks to move the conversation away from university email to a private account which is suspicious. There is also no exact group at NIU called "Job Placement & Student Services" and the number seems to be irrelevant just to look like some sort of official ID that may appear in similar emails. The exact text of the email reads: Dear Students This opportunity should be done at leisure taking at most 1 hour per day,2-3 times a week and earn $500 Weekly. During this time that we are in, working from home would be great. Therefore, you have been offered a Job Opportunity at the convenience of your home or school, which serves as a gateway to pay all expenses incurred on campus. It’s a Flexible Opportunity where you will determine your working time. You can be in any location and work from your home/school. Position P.A: Personal Assistant & Errand Carried out.
