While searching for health insurance, was directed to fill out current zip code and basic contact details. Was then utterly inundated with repeat calls (even while on the phone with the company another half-dozen attempts to call me were made). Answered one of them, and was walked through the process by a "broker" named "Laura" who provided a contact phone number and extension - neither of which are real numbers, but which couldn't be verified until after disconnecting. High-pressure sales tactics from start to finish, pushed to enroll, informed it was a partner of a legitimate insurance company and all questions asked were answered thoroughly, knowledgeably, and with 100% confidence. All of which turned out to be false. Pushed through to an enrollment with "Adroit Health Group" part of a "First Health" or "A1 Healthcare" conglomeration. Even got a snazzy "Member Portal" where I can now view all kinds of documents. None of which will provide me with the health care I need, nor what I discussed with "Laura." "Laura" was very kind, helpful, understanding, and extremely good at putting me at ease - exactly the kind of salesperson to push this sort of scam on people who are already vulnerable.
