Description
We placed an order with didafashion for clothing items that were advertised with AI-generated images. When the items arrived, they look nothing like the pictures and were of very poor quality. We requested a full refund and return the items. However the seller repeatedly ent us the same generic messages and only offered a 15% returned which we declined. We returned the package with tracking, but they continue to ignore our request for a full refund and keep sending the same automated responses.
