I ordered a product I saw advertised on Instagram (Ulanzi MA38). Thwe ad took me to the CONIVENIENT website where I ordered 5. The invoice I received stated my cost was $84.96 but my CC was charged $97.60. I received tracking information that the product was comng from Italy. After 2 weeks, the product eventially arrived from Chicago and was a chinese knockoff of what I ordered. The company is now refusing to issue a refund. I am disputing the charge thru my CC provider.
