Ad on tiktok. Showed it was a sale for Comfrt Clothing. It had a timer counting down to get deal. After placing order I sent a couple emails stating I needed to change the sizing of the clothes. Got emails back from a weird email address. The charge went through immediately onto my card. Not after "shipping". Checked the "tracking number" It stated it was coming from China and carrier as "other". Charge name on my statement was JACKET PICERN. I double checked where Comfrt usually ships from. It is from the US and not China. Looked up the website and it is an untrusted site. Looked up the email and the ending of the email is common with scams, as well as the name on the transaction. I looked up the phone number and found multiple people reporting it on BBB website. Turns out they copied comfrts actual website but it was a fake website and when you check out it redirects you to the alluresta site when you actually pay. Found a video reporting it as scam on tik tok. We fell for it. Phone number is a New York Number.
