This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Phone call from person claiming to be Verifone IT and needing to test refunds on the verifone unit per the request of the IT department. Walked the store through creating a sale and finishing it with cash then provided a credit card number for a refund. Then requested they tie another card number to their apple wallet and doing another refund with increasingly higher amounts.
