I ordered 2 4lb weighted highland cow stuffed animals that have a microwaveable heating pack in it. What I received was 2 mini cows that had a battery pack in them that don’t even work. Nothing close to what I ordered. Next week I got a credit card charge for $39.99. Disputed it with the bank and they reversed it. Contacted plushivilla and they refunded the cost of one cow so far but have now charged my credit card over $165.55 and I had to cancel my card with the bank. This company is a total scam. Don’t buy from them. Adding a picture of what I ordered
