I ordered three “lamps” from Helen-Lamps. The site explains how Helen is closing down her business because her husband has passed away and she is discounting everything. There a picture of her making one of her lamps, which gives the impression that these lamps are handmade and good quality. I received my order yesterday and how disappointing. These “lamps” are 100% plastic, one solid piece, from a mold I presume. They are also battery powered and the battery size is not standard AA or AAA. Total scam that pulled on my heart strings. I ordered these to help who I thought was a struggling spouse.
