Description
I purchased an item advertised on Tik Tok at a sale price of $9.99 with a bogo offer of additional $4.99. I received 2 totally different items not even advertised on their website. The company name that processed the payment was different than the name of the company on the website and not disclosed as the payment processing company. They subsequently charged my card $39.99 2 weeks later and a week after that my card information was used to attempt 9 more transactions of $39.99. I had to cancel my debit card and have it reissued. I contacted the website from the shipping email I received and was offered a partial refund of $6.00 to be processed through Pay Pal, which I don't use, because my original card for purchase was compromised. The website listed an address in California and the items werHIGREENICe shipped from China.
