Description
Called all of our stores claiming to be from Verifone support and that there was a "breach" and the card readers needed tested. Requested the clerk ring up items and pay for them with "cash" then issue a refund to a card they provided. Then requested the clerk add said card to their Tap pay ID (apple wallet etc...) then attempt the refund again.
