I ordered a flower delivery for a grieving friend to be delivered 10/15/2025. I ordered online and received a confirmation email. I didn't hear from the recipient on the 15th so I called Starluck Flowers on the 16th to see what happened with the delivery, and they told me my payment had been declined. I told them that I could see the payment pending on my account and I received a confirmation email, so they needed to double check their records and get the flowers out ASAP. They told me I needed to call my bank and hung up on me. I called back and went through the same thing, explained what happened, that I could see they took my money, they told me it was declined and to reach out to my bank and hung up on me again. I ended up ordering through another company and disputed the charge with my bank. This is a scam.
