This fraudulent claim appeared on a Medicare Summary Notice that was received by mail on October 16, 2025. The claim was submitted by Cambridge Innovations, 1515 N University Dr. Ste 214, Coral Springs, Florida 33071 by Pakistani Dr. Sunil Momin of Rosenberg, TX. Research shows this address belongs to Massage by Hilma at Coral Springs address. This was for 300 intermittent urinary catheters with insertion supplies for a total of $2,295.00 x 3 mos. = $6885.00. none of which were ordered or needed. These supplies were supposedly ordered by Dr. Sunil Momin. a medical doctor at Cambridge Innovations. We have contacted Medicare and the secondary provider and hopefully with enough complaints, they will target these companies committing fraud and put them out of business for their illegal and appalling business practices. Medicare actually paid $5397.84 and the secondary provider has already started to investigate this company and they had not paid at time of our call. Medicare indicated this scam may continue until an investigation can be completed thus our tax dollars are being paid for fraud since Medicare does not have the ability to stop future claims. However, the secondary provider immediately blocked any future claims from this party.
