I received an email looking like it was from my Insurance Company "UnitedHealthcare" saying if I took a survey they would send me a Free "Oral B dental kit with electric toothbrush" All I would have to do is pay shipping. When I paid the shipping with my debit card, the payment showed up in my bank...going to "Prime Pipe and Heat" in Pomona, CA. I checked and this business does not exist. Obviously, it's a scam. How do I get my money back?
