When I placed the order on October 1, 2025 for a Chase Mate dog toy, I did not know that the company was located in Hong Kong until I saw it on my credit card statement. They do not have a contact phone number but offer an email address for complaints: [email protected] The address, if you really look for it is: 1688 Dropshipping Limited, Flat/Rm A 12/F, ZJ300 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, 999077 Hong Kong. Emails to support are not answered but the buyer receives multiple emails saying that they are aware that their product has not been delivered. I was foolish to fall for what is surely a scam. There are many complimentary reviews on their website but I have found on TrustPilot that they have many customers waiting months for a product that never arrives.
