September 30, 2025 Their website advertised McCafe Premium Roast – Keurig Single Serve K-Cup Pods-Medium Roast Coffee Pods-96 Count $28.14 so I placed an order for three boxes for $84.42 including free delivery. However, two days later I received an email message informing me that my purchase price was updated to $97.00 by Uriah Lloyd. I did NOT agree to that updated price increase! So immediately after being informed of it I tried calling to request that my order be cancelled. No one answered. I left a message but never received a response from the merchant. Also, I sent Acromm an email requesting that my order be cancelled. No response to my request has been received. Although I have tried calling several times since then there still is no answer. Obviously, Acromm never planned to deliver the product or give me a refund. Simply put, my money has been taken and no product delivered to date! Buyer Beware!
