Description
My name is Paul Buelin and yesterday the 15th of October, I placed an order on the website Cotosen for a Carhartt jacket that was supposed to be brown by the description but when my confirmation of payment was given, it had a different color. Seconds after placing this order I attempted to email , several times and call their customer service. They have no active number to call and late last night they said they could not change it. Per their police I attempted to cancel the order right after I noticed the mistake , but their cancel order option does not work. I emailed again attempting to just cancel the order and still have heard nothing. Their policy on cancellation and returns appears to be a scam with no customer service to report to.
