Buyer Beware!! Sundance Outlet (sundanceoutletusa.com) is running a fake retail website. They use the sundance font for their logo. The items for sale appear to be from the former Sundance catalog, including photos and item descriptions being sold at deep discount prices. I made the online purchase using credit card. However the invoice I got by email said the charge was processed by paypal and the seller name and contact was listed as "********* *******". The following day I got shipment tracking emails that also appeared to be sent by paypal. The merchant contact email was listed as: [email protected] There were 3 different USPS tracking numbers, and all of them were old. The items showed as delivered two months earlier (before I even placed my order) to 3 different addresses---none of them my address. I contacted BBB and my credit card company to dispute the charge. It appears there are similar complaints here on BBB for this and other websites impersonating the former Sundance catalog website.
