Description
Item received was not what was advertised (ordered a "weighted stuffed animal" and they sent a "battery powered stuffed animal) and when company was contacted, they refused to initially repay the full amount of the item. Had to fight to get full amount of item returned (eventually did) through continued back and forth emails They continue to refuse to return shipping costs. Also was enrolled (without my consent) into a monthly subscription program. That subscription money was returned. Still fighting to get shipping costs back.
