I ordered a hoodie from this website, a company named Faithoutfit, I received an email stating order was received and shipped. To date I have not received a thing from them. I have emailed them at two different emails they have on the website and get an automated response that someone will respond within 24 hours. First response I received said they would resend the package directly to me and the original package was stuck in inspection. They directed me to respond in 3-5 days if I don’t receive a tracking number. I email back for the tracking number but never got an email back from them. I have emailed them a few more times but it is the same thing over and over. No package, no tracking number. They continue to state they will resend the package and tracking number but I never hear back from them. I searched for a phone number but the only way to contact them it appears is email. They have my name and address and my debit card info and the original 50.00 for the sweatshirt. If anyone is thinking of ordering from these people, DONT!!!
