Scammers contacted us using the email address of one of our suppliers. Apparantly his email address was compromised. The scammer said to mail payment to a different address. Additionally, scammer called and sounded identical to our account rep at Adams Cable Equipment and asked us if we got the new mailing address for payments. We sent payments to new address to later find out it was not our account rep that had contacted us. We stopped payment on checks.
