Description

I was called claiming that I am being sued by Cash Net USA for $3700. They also claimed I had a second suit for intent to maliciously defraud. When I advised that I never took a loan out with Cash Net and I would like their information of contact, I was only told that I will be served with paperwork and to show up to court. The scammer then hung up. I tried to call back 3 times but they kept blocking my calls back. As concerned as I was, I located the contact information myself to Cash Net USA and they confirmed I do not have an existing loan with them. Furthermore, they dont service the state of FL which is where I live. I was advised not to speak to scammer nor call them back as they are using their name for multiple scams they are aware of. The Representative from Cash Net USA is sending me an email confirming I never took out a loan with them. Very Frustrating they have my personal contact information!!
