This company took my money for a supposed customer order for hats on their website on the 08/25/2025. my first contact with costumer service attempt was on 09/01/2025 they advised it was taking 2-3 weeks to get package. it is currently 10/15/2025 I just got of the phone with thy supposed customer service and they advised that its going to take another 2-3 weeks plus 25 days to ship they said the tracking label was already made I cannot cancel order with them EVEN THO TRAKING LABEL WAS SENT SINCE 08/26/2025 THE DAY AFTER I HAD PLACED MY ORDER .
