Description
Facebook ad indicating the store was going out of business. Advertised nice looking products at discounted prices. Advertised as a "mom & pop" shop in San Diego, CA. This is likely a front for a Chinese company, as the package was shipped YUN Express, originating in China. There is no phone number or actual address on the website, but just lists "San Diego" as the location. What was actually received vs what was ordered are completely different (see attached Clara San Diego Scam.pdf). The advertisements are materially false and even though the website claims "Images of products may differ slightly from the actual product you receive.", as you can see in the attachment, their definition of "slightly" is disingenuous. I have submitted a request for refund, but I am not hopeful for the results.
