Hotels Ugogo selling reservations online collecting money and NOT refunding. When we arrive to hotels there is no reservation. I see so many complaints on your website still they are in business. Unfortunately everytime I make reservation I don't check if they are belong to BBB. However I expect BBB to shut down scammers and take legal action against them to protect consumers
