I am try to have them refund my money for 3the 3wheeler electric bike I bought from them on Walmart online site. The bike brake cable broke before I could leave my parking lot and a closer look at why derailer was making noise was it was not secure to the bike frame because of very poor quality metal the bike isafe of. They are stalling about all request and information I give they only contact is thur Walmart customer care, we are getting run around from them. I'm 83 old woman my doctor angry about the bike still assembled in my small apt which could cause me to fall break my hip, they are stalling to send freight truck pick it up, it's a hazard in small room and hall. I am disappointed because the bike was going to be transporting me to store church doctor's office I have no car. They have made no effort to return my money, very sad
