called reporting I had a judgement against me from really two old debtor accounts (that were cleared). threatened legal action - lien against home, process servers, courts, wage garnishment - the whole nine. had my address, name, phone number, and SSN. gave me a choice to go to court or handle outside of court. when i responded "doing nothing over the phone" - they quickly rattled off more threats and hung up. this is before i could even ask for proof of verification. i owe nothing to anybody, but called my attorney nonetheless. i also made a point to say very little during the convo (as it was supposedly being recorded) and didn't confirm or deny anything - just silence.
