Description
Ordered a new water dispenser/cooler, when it arrived, it was used, covered in soil, broken. Shoved in a box, that had previously been opened, and re-taped. Emails to vendor were ignored. Phone found to be disconnected, when I attempted to call. At that point, I checked google reviews, to find out, this has happened to others. Vendor refusing to refund money
