In July 2025, I joined a trading management organization called Algo Plus AI, also known as Algo X, after being drawn in by false and misleading advertisements on Instagram and YouTube. The company promoted itself as a legitimate firm that helps traders pass funded prop firm challenges by offering to cover 30% of the challenge cost, with the agreement that traders would not pay anything upfront. Instead, they claimed that payment would only be due after a successful withdrawal, at which point they would take a 30% share of profits. Encouraged by these promises, I decided to participate in good faith. However, since joining in July, and now several months later in October, I have not received any payout or proof of legitimate trading activity. Throughout this time, I have been met with excuses, broken promises, and unfulfilled assurances about upcoming payments that never materialized. This experience has caused me significant financial hardship and emotional distress. The expected payout, which was supposed to amount to approximately $9,000, was intended to cover essential living expenses, including rent and the care of my children. Instead, I have been left with nothing but frustration, disappointment, and the loss of trust in what appears to have been a deceptive scheme. I now wish to pursue legal action against Algo Plus AI / Algo X for financial loss, false advertising, breach of agreement, and emotional distress caused by their fraudulent practices. I am seeking assistance in recovering my lost funds and holding this organization accountable for the pain and suffering they have caused.
