Description
I clicked a link through TikTok, which took me to what I believed to be the legitimate website for Halara. I purchased two pairs of Halara leggings. A few hours later I received an order confirmation email then a shipping email from "Halara • [email protected]" with a reply email of "[email protected]" the email contained a tracking number. The tracking information is invalid and not legit as it leads to an invalid site. I sent a reply email to get an explanation & request a refund as I have realized that I've been scammed. I have yet to receive product, refund or any response from this fake Halara store. The store name on my credit card transaction shows "Shop-Halara"
