On Oct 12, 2025 I went to a very good looking florist website that advertised same day and next day delivery to Estes Park CO. The company was named "Rocky Mountain Flowers & Gifting". I placed the order for birthday ballons, flowers, and chocolates. I got a confirmation email stating that the order would be delivered on Oct 13. The next day I tried to call to confirm the order and just check on the business. That's when I became suspicious because there was no legitimate phone number and the address on the receipt was for a Safeway Grocery store and the contact person was [email protected]. I tried to contact this company at their phone number, email address and also using the contact form on their website. I never received any reply and nothing was ever delivered. When I check the order status on the company website it shows as "In Progress". My receipt says that deliveries will be made up to 8pm and that I will receive a confirmation email once the delivery is made. I never received the confirmation, and even way past 8 pm there was no delivery. When I checked google AI about this company I saw many similar complaints. This was my first experience dealing with a scam florist. I sure learned a lesson and now I have to notify my bank to get the fraudulent charge refunded and probably a new credit card too. I guess before placing an online order you should always check to see of you can contact a human working at the business and get a good feeling that the business is legit and not a scam.
