Got two calls from DOCSERVER24 TX first from (915)353-0323 and then from (915)933-6589. Was told there is a civil case against me and that they attempted to deliver notice to my house. I told them I have cameras and no one came to my house other than ups which I was expecting. That’s when they got a little defensive and said they have two addresses and probably went to the other. They gave me case # 4510450CR and said they couldn’t tell me anything about the case and to call attorney Jessica Miller at 888-409-0486. I asked why it’s an 800 number if it’s a local county issue, again got defensive and said to call. I called and was put on hold, after a few minutes lady came on wanting to verify my info, I said okay and she got mad said I must say yes or no. I just said okay again to which she was getting upset. I asked what this was in reference too and she got mad said she can’t tell me since I won’t say yes, mean and aggressively said she’ll just notify my last employer and hung up. Civil suits are public information. I went to my county website and tried putting the case number in and nothing came up. Tried putting in the lawyers number, nothing came up. Must be a scam. I have contacts with the DAs office, will be reaching out to verify as well.
