I ordered bathroom merchandise from the CASA and Beyond website. No mention was made that it was being sent from China or that orders would take many weeks to be delivered. When my order wasn't showing up, I Googled Casa and Beyond and read about orders TAKING WEEKS, The inability to return orders, and no way to reach the company. I immediately cancelled my order through 4 separate emails. NOT one was answered. I looked into the company, and found that my issues were widespread, and there were hundreds of complaints: about the inability to contact the company directly, very long shipping times, and NO INFORMATION about returns. I had tried to cancel the order on my Credit card and cancel my order immediately after reading the horrific experiences other buyers had had. The order arrived at my door today, poorly wrapped, with absolutely NO INFORMATION about returns, no phone #'s, no details of any kind. The Shipper had no idea about any of this information either. I am sorry I didn't grasp that CASA and BEYOND was scamming customers, by charging enormous prices, providing Zero customer service, ignoring cancelation requests, and their shipping me their products many weeks after they were ordered and cancelled. I hope you have a way of letting the public know about their nefarious ways of doing business. I wish I had known, and not been swayed by their website. Thank you for whatever help you can provide customers who might also fall for their scams and lose their $$$$. despite requesting for a cancellation.
