I was targeted by an online platform called AIAIIS / AIIS Exchange (website: https://www.aiaiis.net) which claims to be based at 4949 S Syracuse St, Denver, CO 80237 and 345 Park Ave, New York, NY 10154. The company operates a fraudulent “AI trading bot” investment scheme. They require users to submit ID verification documents (passport/driving licence) and then encourage large deposits into the platform. Once funds are deposited, withdrawals are blocked, and users are pressured to deposit more. They claim to be licensed under the SEC and MSB, but these claims are false. They are also using WhatsApp numbers such as +1 (771) 250-7950 to contact victims. This is an identity theft and financial scam operation. I uploaded personal information (driving licence) which I now fear is being misused. The company is deceiving consumers worldwide with fake registration details and fraudulent addresses in the U.S. I am filing this complaint so that BBB can investigate and issue warnings to protect other potential victims.
