I placed an order for a product that was marketed for weight loss and improved health. When charged a second time I tried to have the second order canceled within minutes of the purchase and they denied me and said it’s my own fault for agreeing to their terms the first time around. Per their terms and services, it is not possible to cancel a subscription until the 2nd payment has gone through. Obviously, had I seen this when I initially read the terms of service, I never would have placed an order as that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve even heard. This policy is obviously intentionally placed deep in the middle of pages and pages of product description and distribution guidelines. This company is a complete scam as they market their fake product to millions with no intention of being truthful whatsoever. I hope that people see this before they make any purchase from Bioma health.
