I responded to a post on the Denver Bronco Ticket Exchange group to sell tickets. After exchanging a few messages with an admin - Franklin Massengill, I agreed to purchase two Denver Bronco tickets for $250 each. He initially requested payment be made by an online cash app - Apple Cash, Zelle, but my bank declined payment each time. He then requested I purchase an Apple Gift card. I know this is a common tactic scammers use but I talked to others who had done this before, so reluctantly did it. I posted a picture of the cards and redeem codes on the message string. He then said I had to be verified by Ticketmaster before I could receive the tickets. He sent me a Ticketmaster form (fake website) that indicated there would be a $345 charge that would be reimbursed once I was verified. He indicated I needed to purchase another gift card to cover the initial Ticketmaster charge. At that point I realized I had been scammed and refused to get the gift card. I messaged Franklin back but never heard back. I contacted another admin on the group - Gregory Simon and informed him that I thought I had been scammed by Franklin Massengill. He initially responded and asked for the profile but then never responded after that. I was later blocked from the group that day.
