Description
I placed an order on 9/13/25 and never received tracking information. I reached out on 9/30/25 where I received tracking information and was told my order was on the way. I checked again on 10/11/25 and USPS has a notice that the package was found to have counterfeit postage and is now property of USPS. I responded to the email with tracking and requested a full refund but have not heard back.
