I used the Shop app and found a good deal for Tarte Colored Clay CC Undereye Corrector from Miroras.shop. It advertises "reliable shipping" but my order has still not shipped and it has been 2 weeks since I made the purchase. Everything else I purchased via the Shop app has been fulfilled. I emailed Gaynell Woodside as this is the direct name on the email provided to contact with any questions. It took a few days to receive a response from Gaynell. Gaynell stated they "consulted the staff responsible for delivery" but had not received a response from them yet and would let me know when there has been a reply. I checked with Grok to see if this merchant is legitimate, sure enough it's not. There are no reviews, no security or verification, no social media content for this online shop. I emailed Gaynell requesting documentation for their refund policy because nothing is available for me to see. The chat for the merchant only lets you check your tracking status and no responses are provided to any actual questions. I contacted USAA to dispute this transaction on my credit card. I do not see any way to contact Shop to inform them that they are promoting a scam site.
