Description

Lucky Pallet Box advertises on all social media platforms, boasting of huge Amazon return PALLET boxes for sale at the "low, low prices of $59.99 and $49.99" and a satisfaction guarantee or your money back with no questions asked. They post photos of huge "super-giant" and "super" boxes filled with many, many valuable electronics and other gifts, along with videos of consumers opening said huge boxes and finding iPads, phones, laptops, speakers, headphones, etc. I ordered one "super-giant" and one "super" box, hoping to find something to surprise my husband with on his bday. The boxes came in a paper ENVELOPE, both of them in one, and fit in my mailbox. The "super giant" box had TWO items, both of which could have been bought at the dollar store (generic ear buds & generic watch), the super box contained ONE item, which was another generic USB cable. I instantly contacted them for my "money back guarantee." They do not list phone numbers, only email address. Via email, the customer rep (always "customer service-Eva") stated that I got a great deal and "It's like playing the lottery - you never know what you're going to win...", apologized for the unsatisfactory shipment and offered me a 15% refund, despite my request for a FULL refund. She used very broken English and always replied with the same wording. I absolutely refused the 15% refund, demanded a refund IN FULL, or I would report them to the BBB. We went back and forth 5 times over the course of 1 week. Each time "Eva" would up the refund amount by 5-10%. Each time I refused. The last email (and final 'offer') stated all she could do was a 45% refund. I told her to refund the 45%, but that I did NOT agree to it, would still be posting a negative review and still be fighting for my remaining $57. This is a GIANT HOAX. I wish I had done better research on this stupid fake company. Oh, and the "company" shows up as "Adam Adam" on the return address. They are absolute crooks.
