I asked her why so cheap and she told me she is sick and cant take care of the litter so she needs to sell quickly. She said she lived Rochester Ny and could have her delivery company "Global Alpha logistics"deliver the dog the next day.. dog never showed up and delivery service called and said they were stopped by Pet Control and because dog did not have papers I owed 2500 in fines and impond fee for a city permit. So I paid because I really wanted my dog. Then they called back the next day saying I needed to pay $1500 for 3 custom stamps. I told them no then they hung up and started texting me telling me the dog wont have a home and might be killed. I then blocked number.
